Medical Runs

Veterans are invited to contact TACK to set appointments for medical runs to VA hospitals and clinics as well as other medical facilities.

When making the call the veteran will be asked for:

• The last name
• Address
• Phone #
• Birthdate
• Mobility type (wheel chair or walk on)
• Where they wish to go to
• The date and time of appointment
