TACK seeks input from minority, women, and general contractor groups, community organizations, other interested agencies and organizations, and the general public on the availability of both disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged businesses, the effects of discrimination on contracting opportunities for DBE firms, and efforts that could level the playing field for the participation of DBE firms in business and contracting opportunities offered by TACK.
Comments will be accepted for thirty (30) days from the date of this Notice. Comments can be forwarded to Jodi Alford at TACK at the above stated address or by email to jalford+tacktransit+org.
